  • Amount: $250 per pet

  • Due: With first month’s rent

Pet Rent (if applicable):

  • Amount: $0 per pet, per month

One-Time Admin Lease Signing Fee:

  • Amount: $100.00

  • Due with first months rent

First Month’s Rent:

  • Amount: $3,100

  • Due at lease start or prior to move-in- prorated if needed

Septic Fee (if applicable):

  • Amount: $30 per month

  • Due by the 1st of each month; considered late after the 5th

Additional Information

We do not hold properties without a signed lease and paid security deposit.

  • Upon application approval, the security deposit and first month’s rent (or prorated amount) must be paid.

  • We will reserve the property for up to 10 days only with a signed lease and paid deposit.

  • If the tenant does not move in as scheduled, the security deposit is forfeited.

  • Applications and leases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Application fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
